Customer designed our part and would like to know "How much the power consumption for LM5148RGYR itself only?"

    Hello Paul,

    Pd in device is:

    Pd= (Iq+Igate)*Vin

    Where Iq is the quiescent current of the device.

    Igate = QgT*Fsw

    where QgT is the total gare charge of the top and bottom FETs used and Fsw is the switching frequency.
