Hello Anoop,

The responsible engineer for the the model was out on Holiday and just came back today.  They are in China so it might be delayed.  I don't know how long it will take to figure out what is wrong and give you the solution.  Do you have the EVM? Can't you just take waveforms to show to the customer?

We have a Siplix/SiMetrix model you can use that actually works.  I can send it to you directly if you want.  Let me know if you guys use Simplis/SiMetrix.
