I found the IC over 60 deg, Did you have idea to reject the thermal on chip?

I don't have any boards to test (I ordered them, they should arrive in a week).
The part is ~88% efficient at that condition:
In that state the chip is heating up because of about ~2.4W of losses. That seems reasonable on the Eval board. In a real application you can improve this by having a larger PCB board area. This lets there be more copper to cool the board.

Hi Alex,
A good place to start would be to use the EMI filter used on the EVM. I'd recommend a pi filter as well has a electrolytic capacitor to reduce conducted EMI emissions. See below:
