TPS25751: Isn't there an Application Customization Tool?

We decided to develop an applied device with a built-in rechargeable battery that combines the TPS25751D and BQ25713.
The "Application Customization Tool" is available for the TPS25750D, but it does not seem to be available for the TPS25751D yet.
The application equipment we are developing will be designed to boot from EEPROM, so we need to prepare that data.When will tools for using the TPS25751D be available?
Or are there any alternative tools?
