TPS54361: snubber circuit required ?

I believe you are referring the switching node ringing. The ringing could be due to wrong measurement technique as well.  I recommend you to use low-inductance probe between the SW node pin and the power GND pin on the IC meaning reduce the length of the ground return loop of probe. 

Even after correct measurement, if you still see ringing try below steps.
