Thanks for reaching out. The yellow line basically suggests not to use chip address 0xF for any GDIC in addressing mode which is a broadcast address.

When MCU sends this command, no gate drivers will respond as after the broadcast command is received the SDO pin is HiZ the next command.

Finally, I would recommend our newest gate driver, UCC5880-Q1, with increased CMTI ratings and a corresponding increase in transient immunity and overall higher performance.
