Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ20Z90-V150
We are using the TI BQ20Z90-V150 IC in a medical battery pack for our customer and it seems that there is no stock available but I do not see any indication that the IC is EOL either. Can you provide more details on the current status of the BQ20Z90-V150 IC? Has this become EOL now? Is there an alternate part that can be used?
Please provide some help on this as we are in need of ~10k of these IC's for a new order.
