Hi Team,

Could you please help to recommend an alternative solution of TLV733P-Q1 that without output active discharge function?

Other requirements:

1) Q grade necessary

2) DC Output accuracy within +-1.5% across temperature (TLV702-Q1 can not meet output accuracy requirement)

I found TPS74701-Q1 new chips could meet these requirements. But it is a 500mA LDO, and it is complicated requiring bias rail. Do you have other more simple recommended solution?

I read the specifications for the TLV702-Q1 series and the Typ accuracy at 25 degrees is written as 0.5%. Does this mean that the DC Output accuracy at 25 degrees can be guaranteed to be+-0.5%?

Hello Terry,

TLV702-Q1 has a 2% DC output accuracy across temperature and a 0.5% at Tj = 25C. An alternative based on requirements is TPS736-Q1, it does not have output active discharge and the accuracy is 1% accuracy over line, load and temperature. Please note we are planning on 300mm redesigning this device.
