BQ294502: no open cell detect with zener protectoin

Hello,

We are using zeners on the cell inputs to the BQ294502, but we're having some issues with open cell detect.

1. What is the failure mode if exceed the absolute max for V3 to V2 or V2 to V1.
   1. This is determine if we need the Zener Diodes protection
2. What is the best solution we should implement? Right now we had Zener between each pin but apparently this causing no detection on open cells.
   1. We have to remove those Zeners for our current build in order to keep open cell and avoid faulting after removing the 3s pack.
   2. What is the recommended solution from TI in this case?
