Hi, I'm looking for a replacement of Non-Isolated POL DC-DC converter.

Part no: PTN04050AAH

Please suggest Drop-in.

My requirements:

Input:2.3V to 7V

Output: -3V to -12V adjustable. (-3V, -5V, -12V)

Output Power:6W

PTN04050AAH is obsolete and no longer available.

From the same family, PTN04050C is still available:

Please check if this device fits your application.

Aside from this part, there are no other modules available this our product family.
Instead, an inverting buck-boost could be used, e.g. TPS62913.
