Hi Team,

Do we have some MOSFET products which tab is not connected to Drain? Customer is difficult to do the cooling solution if the tab is connected to the Drain. Thanks.

    Hello Ryker,

    Thanks for promoting TI FETs at your customer. All TI N-channel FETs in TO220 have the drain connected to the tab. We do not offer any alternatives. This is an industry standard package for N-channel FETs.
