Why are you posting to the external forum? If it is not in teh datasheet (its not, I looked) you can request the info from the packaging group. If you searce the internal forum, there is a link. If you are not in a big hurry, I am planning on updating all the datasheets in teh next couple months.

Why not post this on the external forum? I don't think there is any propriotary information invovled. I thought this is the short of thing that we ahve the external formum for.

no reason except that you cannot get to the internal web links from here. Eventually teh plan is to update all teh datasheets to the new format with complete thermal parameters. It may take a while to do that though. I would like to get all teh TPS54xxx parts by the end of the year.

re is an additional forum that is accessible to TI factory and field personnel only. It is for internal discussions and there can be links to internal resources. the external forum is available to the general public.
