The customer wants to inquire whether there is a higher switching frequency, this 500KHz switching frequency. For 25A output, the inductance must be at least 20mm*20mm*10mm
Such a large inductance is difficult to handle. The 1UH 30A inductor is 13*13*5 in size.
With a switching frequency like LM25141 2M, it is safe to calculate that it is 1UH after derating the inductor.
After preliminary calculation of LM5176, 3.3uH is safe after the inductor is derated. So the inductor will be very large.
