Running into an issue with my PCB using a BQ25792 where when I boot the system up with a PCB load, the BQ chip becomes damaged and a couple of supplies (TPS621361RGXT) become damaged, wondering if there's a schematic issue. Can you message me in private and I can share the BQ schematic and some details for review?
