LM5156H-Q1: Power-On Hours (POH)

chapter 10.1 of the datasheet states the POH. The values are far below what my customer needs.
However, their operating conditions are below max Vin and below 101C junction temp.

Is there a formula or calculation to help estimate the POH better for their operating conditions?

Thanks for using the e2e forum.
If the input parameters are not close to the abs max ratings, a longer product lifetime is to be expected.
Unfortunately, I do not have a formula to calculate the expected lifetime of the LM5156 device.
