The jitter you are showing on your waveform is an On-time jitter and not a frequency jitter because the On-time is varying, but the frequency is not.

55ns of jitter is very small relative to the 1.6us period you are measuring (<4%), but if you want to reduce the amount of jitter, we have an app note that specifically explains how to minimize on-time jitter and ripple by optimizing compensation on this family of devices: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/sluaa65/sluaa65.pdf

Hi Rajat,

I wouldn't worry about the amount of jitter in your waveform. If you see a jitter of more than ±10%, then I would suggest checking for instability by measuring the Bode plot. Having an unstable system will affect your transient performance.
