LM74930-Q1: Power selector for 50A load.

Hi!

I have also another application.

2 Li batteries that may have different voltage on connection. (24V)

I want to select the higher voltage battery to provide power, when they have the same voltage they can provide it together.

Just like two diodes selector.

But I have inductive load and should be able to return back to battery current from BackEMF.

Also this controller should allow charging these batteries.

The logic I see is reverse:

I charge first battery with lower voltage, and later if they have the same voltage I may want to charge them together.

I understand the issue with "same voltage", so I accept switching with hysteresis between batteries regarding both modes.

I understand, that TPS4811 may be better fit, but I like feature "load dump" in LM74930 controller, I think it can be useful.
