Since customer is working with TUV on the system level SIL3 process, they need to know the failure mode behavior with LM76002 as below.
Whenever the feedback resistors of either RFBT or RFBB is left open after powering on, what happened with VOUT?
Does device go to protection mode? latch or auto-retry? Or something would be damaged? Could you help to describe this behavior for open failure mode! Very thanks.
