If you need other solutions I would suggest the user-programmable TPS650861 or perhaps the TPS65219 with some discrete rails to supplement the solution.

I think that suggested TPS650861 and TPS65219 does not solve the case, because they had only 3 integrated Bucks, but I need 4 integrated Bucks + 1 LDO, because of limited space for external discrete components (which need in case of controller-only rails).

What about the LP87564-Q1 with an external discrete LDO?

Input voltage 2.8V to 5.5V

Each buck can handle 4A output and has an output voltage range of 0.6V to 3.36V.

This part also has sequencing and delay timing control that could likely be leveraged for your FPGA use case.
