The charging IC model we use is BQ25638E,When we tested the temperature performance, we found that the temperature point entering COOL was different from the value we calculated.We calculate that the temperature point at which cool enters is 9-12℃, while the measured value is 13℃.Then we measure that the voltage from TS pin to GND is only 0.27V. And datasheet cool entry voltage 68.25%*4.6V value difference is too far.
In response to this problem, we have the following questions to confirm?
1、What is the temperature detection principle of the cool entry of this IC?
2、Why is the voltage measured so low when entering cool?
