Thanks for reaching out.
TPS2373-3 and -4 are pin-pin chips. Nothing needs to changed besides the CLSB resistor. You can do some minor changes like reducing bulk cap capacitance, changing current sensing resistor, FET adjustment to optimize the DC/DC converter but they are not mandatory.
