I want to use BQ79718-Q1 EVM board for 16S1P battery Pack charging. my difficulties are

How can I configure BQ79718-Q1-EVM board for cell balancing and monitoring of 16 cell?

What is the hardware configuration and what will be the register setting in monitoring software?

In E2E Forum Part Number : BQ79718EVM is not accepting that's why I have used BQ76940, to solve this issue.

My question is that how can I use BQ78718-Q1 board for monitoring & balancing of 16 cell.

Hello Pankaj,

Typically you would connect the battery cells to the battery connector and switch of the on-board resistor ladder that is used for battery simulation.

That may also be described in its EVM user guide and/or datasheet.
