LP5810: LP5810A Lighting the LED

Part Number: LP5810
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LP5813,

I have the LP5810A WSON-8 chip and the MSL0601RGBU1 rgb led. I am trying to run simple code using my raspberry pi to get the LED to light up, but so far i have had zero luck. I connected everything exactly like the typical application circuit and still could not get the LEDs to work. I changed my rgb led to a single red led and tested on one output but still no luck. I have followed the data sheet programming example and the example code for the LP5813, but still no luck. I am at a huge road block and could use some help getting this led driver to work. I can talk to it via I2C but nothing happens to the outputs, they just sit at some voltage.
