RILim =1K, RIchg=2K, battery voltage =3.5V. According to the calculation formula in the datasheet, the charging current is 339mA, why is the actual measurement only 226mA?

Are you pulling a system load? Can you measure the charge current another way (ie with sense resistor or current probe from oscilloscope)? The impedance in the multimeter may be playing a role in the produced measurement.
