Hello Hariharan,

There is an existing LMR38020-Q1 PSpice transient model on the product folder that you can refer to.

We cannot validate it on competitor LT spice model program so please use the PSPICE-FOR-TI software for evaluation of this device.

You should be able to put in a request for PSPICE-FOR-TI here (https://www.ti.com/tool/PSPICE-FOR-TI#downloads).

Please fill out all the entries and it should be sent for approval to download.
