bq Evaluation SW for 64-bit Windows 7

Hello,

I am using bq20z45 EVM board on my PC with the following operating system.
Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit Operating System.
The device cannot be contacted via SMBus.  And looks as if bqEvaluation Software does not work with Windows 7.

Is there any other SW which can be used?

    Raymond,

    bqEVSW has been confirmed to work well with Windows 7 systems. Most problems reported on Windows 7 64 bits systems are related to EV2300. EV2300 is the USB to SMbus interface.

    The EV2300 drivers for Windows 7 64 bit have been posted on e2e forum. Link is below

    Installing these drivers should solve the problem.

    Please note that due to conflict of EV2300 product ID with other products, TI recommends the EV2400 for use with 64 bit Windows. If you are unable to install the 64 bit drivers for EV2300, then an EV2400 will be required.
