Hello,

Yes, this can be a reference to the degradation of the battery cell. Our State of Health measurement also uses the FCC in it's calculations to determine the degradation of the cell as well.

Hello,

The FCC of the battery meter will update throughout the discharge, at the end of discharge, and upon exiting relax mode. I believe updating it by exiting relax would allow you to update the FCC without discharging.
