TPS62933P: Add snubber circuit to SW pin

Hi,

We confirmed that adding a snubber circuit to the SW pin improves the ringing of the SW pin.

R 2.2Ω , C 470pF

Ringing -5V (<10ns) --> -1V (<10ns)

Can we use TPS62933P by adding a snubber circuit?

Hi Shumpei

It's ok to use RC snubber to improve the ringing of SW.

But this will bring some efficiency loss also. Normally we recommend improving the layout, we can take a review if you can share the schematic and layout.

I have an additional question. A glitch occurred due to adding snubber. (Refer to atached figure)

Is it okay to continue using it like this?
