Hi,

What is the maximum current can support each channel of TPS2H160-Q1?

As per datasheet Rds_ON is 160 mOhm.

But when I connected 2.1A load to one of the channel, Also,12V applied at VS pin. At output getting only 11.3V. (Ta = 24 Degree)

Ie, (12-11.3)/2.1= 0.333 Ohm.

What all factor effecting the RDS ON.

Chin,

What are you actually using on the load? Is it an eLoad in constant current mode or an actual resistive load?

Hi,

In one channel we are using 2A horn (We are providing the Freewheel Diode) and on second channel has LED Bulb has a current consumption of 800mA.

Thanks for the context.

At TJ=150C the FET resistance increases, however it is only a 280mOhm maximum so 333mOhm would be out of range. Would you mind sharing the schematic (at least the high-side switch portion) just so we can make sure everything is correct?

Also- how and wear are you measuring the voltages? Is it possible that there is some cable impedance that is skewing the results?

We are measuring the output Voltage On the PCB Connector side only

Chin,

Is it possible the connector or probe is adding some impedance here? We are talking about 50ish mOhms (accounting for the higher junction temperature at 2.1A load current) so it almost seems that there might be some measurement impedance.
