Thanks for reaching out.
TPS1211-Q1 is simple device. It has two fault outputs FLT_T/ and FLT_I/
FLT_T/ pin asserts low when overtemperature fault is detected
FLT_I/ pin asserts low after the voltage on the TMR pin has reached the fault threshold of 1.1V. this pin indicates the pass transistor is about to turn off due to an overcurrent condition. The FLT_I pin does not go to a high-impedance state until the overcurrent condition and the auto-retry time expire.

How IMON voltage variable,when over temperature & overcurrent? Did IMON turn high when fault occured? Such as HSD like TPS2HB16AQPWPRQ1?
IMON is an analog voltage output proportional to the load current. When fault occurs, the MOS is turned off and load current becomes zero so IMON = 0V

When short to battery fault,how about IMON and FLT_I variable?
In case of short to battery fault, the load current goes through that short so IMON gets reduced. There is no change in the FLT_I status.
