BQ76972: BQ76972 not in BQStudio device list

thanks for this explanation. Unfortunately I still get no connection. I´m a little bit confused about the button "SPI Cfg" in bqStudio (see pic attac hed), because my connection is I2C...?

Is the BQ76972 powered ON? If you measure the REG18 pin, is there a voltage? It seems to me that the EV2400 is not being able to connect through the I2C to the BQ76972.

EV2400 is correctly connected to bqStudio, so that's not the problem.

It is very possible that this may be due to the I2C connection.

Hi Luis,

not it works! It was because a faulty protection diode on SCL/SDA . Now bqStudio also detects automatically the BQ76972
