The above is the EMC standard levels which i'm folowwing inorder to get my prodoct CE certified.

Additional Info on product :

1. This is an ITE(Information Technology Equipment)

2. Operating Voltage : 24Vdc

I need to ensure that the above standards are met by LM2596 inorder to impliment in design.

Couldn't get hold of the information from datasheets.

Also where i can get CE certificate & test report of this DCDC convertor(LM2596S-ADJEVM), if it is CE certified.

Any suggestion regarding this is welcomed.

Hello

To the best of my knowledge this device has not been tested to any EMC standards nor was

it designed to meet any particular EMC standard.

Also, we do not have a CE certificate for this device.

This device is rather old. We have many newer regulators that have been

tested for EMI to either CSIPR22 or CISRP25. However, I am not aware of any device

that has been tested for immunity.

You may wish to investigate a newer device to see if you can meet your requirements.

Can you or anyone suggest any DCDC convertors or DCDC modules which meet my emc standard.

Here are my electrical specifications,

Input Voltage : 24VDC

Output Voltage : 5VDC

Output Current : 1A(Atmost).

Switching frequency : Below 650KHz(this parameter alone can be tollerable)

Hello

As I mentioned, I don't think we have any regulators that have been tested

as you specify.

However, you may want to either test the LM2596 on your own, or test one of our newer devices

such as the LMR33610.

Thanks for the suggestion Mr.Frank. I'll check this(LMR33610) out.

By your answer i understood mostly TI convertor IC's not tested for CE from which i can choose my emc standards.If at all i'm selecting a dcdc convertor i need to test it in my product. Am i right? If not pls correct me.
