TPSM84209: About the shape of 8pin (grand pin)

Hi Support Team.

I checked the DS and P31 of the TPSM84209RKHR.
I confirmed that the 8Pin (grand pin) is slightly plated in the red frame.
Is there a reason why the area highlighted in yellow is resisted?
If there is a reason, could you please tell me?

    Hi Yutaro

    I think the reason for this is considering that we normally recommend fill in the area highlighted in yellow as Ground(direct connect with 8-pin), please see the Figure 34 in the datasheet.

    Place the ground like this has many advantages, this helps minimize the power loop and help for the thermal performance.
