Hello TI team,
I am currently working on the Safety concept and requirement for TPS6594-Q1 PMIC and we need to optimize the requirements for ASIL B level for the project.
Could you help me with the below queries asap ?
1. Chip FMEDA for TPS6594-Q1 PMIC with possibility of modification (Optimization for ASIL B) - Can you please share this with me ?
2. If FMEDA with modification option is not available/possible then can you please share the list of SM's with
- what is the Diagnostics coverage achieved
- which fault it will cover - Signal point failure/ Duel or multipoint failure
My intention here is to reduce the scope of SM's required for ASIL B as PMIC is already ASIL D compliant. If you have any guideline or document available for this?
