  1. Does the TPS25751 support uVDM communication? (proprietary vendor defined messaging)
  2. Do we have libraries for uVDM communication? Any 4CC commands?

    Since TPS25751 does not support any Alternate Modes (such as TBT, DP, or USB4) it does not support any VDM communication. If TPS25751 receives a (u)VDM message from the port partner, TPS25751 will respond with "Not_Supported" message.

    We do not have any libraries or commands for VDM related since TPS25751 does not support Alternate Modes. Please reach out to our product marketing team for PD recommendations that do support Alternate Modes if it's required.
