BQ25792: Level sensitive or edge sensitive of QON ?

Hi,

I wonder if the QON is an edge sensitive pin? For example, if I pull QON low permanently, can I program the chip to go into ship mode? If it's edge sensitive pin, I expect the chip can be programmed into sleep mode, others it won't be programmed into sleep mode.
