I have gone and tested this inquiry for you.
The images are the same test with different scaling. In regards to the OUT output voltage, you can see that PG goes from H to L before 90% voltage drop (first image) and it seems that there is about a 100ns delay from when the EN pin goes from H to L, the PG pin goes from H to L (second image).
