PSPICE-FOR-TI: Unable to download Pspice for TI

While trying to download Pspice for TI, the system lands me on a page to enter my details but once the details are entered and saved, I dont get any link or directives to download the Pspice software. I have tried many times but end up at the same page.

Hello Arjun,

I apologize for this difficulty. The linkage from the PSpice for TI page doesn't work reliably.

Please try the following:

Login to ti.com directly (not from pspice registration page).
Go to Account->Personal information and fill in the missing information
Logout
Go the pspice registration page and request again

I face a similar problem. If I click the "Request" button it takes me to https://www.ti.com/myti/docs/updateprofile?sectionId=710&tabId=20366&actionId=3228 stating

"Please update the following information to continue
Before TI can process your request to access PSpice® for TI, we need additional information."

After I filled the required information and click Save it takes me to https://www.ti.com/myti/docs/updateprofile stating

"Edit your personal information"

This is already filled in and if I click Save at the bottom it says that I have successfully updated my profile but stays on the same page (https://www.ti.com/myti/docs/updateprofile?actionVal=refresh) . If I click on Cancel it takes me to my myTI dashboard and nothing happens. How am I supposed to get the download link?

Hi Markus,

Rather than go through the ti.com/tool/PSPICE-FOR-TI, go to ti.com directly and follow the instructions above.

Please let me know if that doesn't work.
