TPSI2140-Q1: Spice model and Tina simulation model not available

Hi,

I want to simulate an isolation monitoring model and for that I need TPSI2140-Q1 its simulation model for Tina software and spice model for pspice software.

Kindly do the needful.

    Hello Abhiram,

    Thanks for reaching out to our team on E2E. We don't have a simulation model available for TPSI2140-Q1 but you can mimic its MOSFET behavior in insulation monitoring using a switch in series with a 120 Ω resistor (modelling RDSON).
