LMR38025: step down converter

I assume you want to have monolithic buck converters. If so, I recommend using the LM70880-Q1. The part is capable of parallel operation to generate the 12.5A needed at 24V. You would need another parallel setup to generate 12.5A at 48V output.

We also have the LMQ644A2-Q1, but its ABS MAX VIN is 42V.

I do not have a particular schematic for the LM70880-Q1 as the datasheet is still being worked on (a limited version is online) but you can look at the LMQ644A2-Q1 datasheet on page 24 to get an idea how two LM70880-Q1 will meet your design criteria.
