LM76202-Q1EVM: How the FLT# is working?

Hi Team,

I'm not sure I understand how the FLT# is working,  if for example the input is over the OVP than the Vout should be 0V I would expect it to cut the output voltage.
Now how would the RED LED will turn on in such case? 

Please help here.
