BQ24600: 12A charging with BQ24600 IC

Part Number: BQ24600

Tool/software:

Dear TI engineer.

I'm using 3000mAh Li-ion battery with 4S4P connection.

Therefore in my application, 1C charging current is 12A.

My question is that, can I 12A charging with BQ24600 IC?

Refer to datasheet, "VIREG_CHG = VSRP – VSRN = 100mV" with +-3% accuracy.

I think that if I use 8.3mΩ sensing resistor, I can set the 12A of charging current.

Maybe charging current accuracy will be reduced. If charging current accuracy is not reduced dramatically, I can take it.

And I want to know whether there is abnormal current oscillating or ripple occur or not.

Thankyou for your interest.
