TPSF12C3-Q1: Line frequency 360 Hz to 800 Hz

Part Number: TPSF12C3-Q1

Tool/software:

Team,

I have found some posts about line frquency of 400 Hz which should be possible for the device.
Newer avionics applications require variable frequency of 360 Hz to 800 Hz line frequency of the 115VAC power supply rail.

Is this also possibe with our device?

Best regards

  • Hi

TPSF12C3-Q1 doesn't support this low frequency range of 360Hz to 800Hz.

The TPSF12C3-Q1 provides a low-impedance shunt path for CM noise in the frequency range of interest for EMI measurement. This feature can achieve approximately 15 to 30 dB of CM attenuation over the applicable frequency range (for example, 100 kHz to 3 MHz) helping to reduce the size of CM chokes, typically the largest components in the filter

    thanks and regards,

  • Naresh, thanks for you reply, but I am not sure if we talk about the same frequency (or maybe I am getting this wrong :) )

My customers power supply is NOT 50/60Hz as usual line power, but 115VAC @360Hz to 800Hz line frequency.

I just wanted to check if we did talk about different things. It sounds like you talk about the EMI frequency range.

    Best regards

  • Yes Franziskus, i understand that you mentioned 360 to 800Hz is the line frequency.

What's the switching frequency of switching elements in the system applications you are targeting??
