Hi Nachiketh,

Based on this schematic, it may run into minimum on-time issues and will have lower fsw than expected. Recommend decreasing the switching frequency to 800 kHz. You could also decrease VIN to 11 V instead to keep the 1 MHz fsw. Recommended to connect a CFF of 390 pF.
