TPS2378: PoE receiving circuit configuration

Hi,

I am considering a circuit configuration using TPS2378, based on page 7 of the application note "SLVA306A". The input voltage is 9-36V. Could you please comment if there are any points I should be careful about?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Page #7 of "SLVA306A" shows a PoE > adapter priority circuit. In this case, the adapter voltage is 12 - 48 V. If you want to realize the PoE > adapter priority at 9 - 36 V, you may need to adjust the PMOS gate drive circuit to make the 10k resistor to 20k so that your PMOS has a threshold lower than -2.76V can be turned on when no PoE is connected.
