UCC27714: Two switch forward converter with secondary side syncronous rectification

Hello Ti team,

Going through UCC27714 half bridge gate driver for two switch forward converter which does not have cross-conduction prevention logic.This suits my application but UCC27714 is not AEC-Q automotive qualified .

1)Can you suggest any automotive qualified controller which does not have cross-conduction prevention logic  for  two switch forward converter .

2) Also i am thinking about secondary side synchronous rectification for two switch forward converter ..does TI has any AEC-Q qualified common controller for driving all four MOSFETS with  satisfy forward converter working principle.

3) If any  synchronous rectification AEC-Q qualified SR -controller available also you can recommended . i will think of using two controllers,

    Thanks for reaching out to TI.

    If I'm understanding your first question correctly, you are searching for a half-bridge device similar to the UCC27714 without interlock but is automotive qualified. 

    If the high HB range (~600V) is needed, we do not have an automotive qualified half-bridge without interlock. We have the UCC27712-Q1, but it has interlock.

    As for the controllers, you can find what TI offers here. Please let us know if you have any other inquires regarding this.
