    Hello Alex

    In general, the light load efficiency can be increased by reducing output inductance, switching frequency or MOSFET gate charge.

    Since light load efficiency is also proportional with heavy load efficiency, it helps to use lower RDSON MOSFETs and smaller DCR inductor.
