LM5116: Similar parts to the LM5116 from the same silicon process?

Tool/software:

I am looking to replace the LM5116 from a baseline heritage design. Does Texas Instruments have any similar/newer current-mode synchronous PWM controllers that are fabricated from the same Silicon process as the LM5116?

I'm looking for:

- Controller that could provide synchronous switching to the Buck converter w/o having to use external half-bridge driver

- Current Mode Control

- External compensation

- Variable switching frequency

- SPICE models for OrCad PSPICE or LTSpice

LM5117 is similar with LM5116 using the same process, but the maximum input voltage is less (100V vs 65V)

TI is promoting LM5148/49 as an alternative of LM5116. LM5148/49 meets all five requirements.

We have some proprietary information regarding the LM5116 which is why we continue to reuse the part. Just to confirm with you for the sake of my trade, is the LM5148/49 also from the same process as the LM5116? That's all I need to know, thanks.
