    Hi Gareth,

    LTC9103AUK is an 8-channel PSE controller that pairs with the host communication device (LTC9101AUF). These devices are paired together creating a two chip solution, whereas our PSE are an all in one integrated solution. The best recommendation would be the TPS23881 or the TPS23881B. The main difference between the two devices, the B version supports autonomous mode.

    To be completely compatible, we also have our FirmPSE system which utilized the MSP430F5234 or the all new MSPM0G1107 to create a black box total FW solution, with no FW development needed and pairs with both TPS23881 and TPS23881B to support up to a 48-port 4-pair system.
