TPS25910: Thermal pad layout and recommended land pattern

Dear team,

TPS25910RSAR has thermal pad on the back and we need to tie it to the GND plane. But there are no land size, position information on the datasheet and could not find "separate sheet."

Would you please tell us the size, position of thermal pad on TPS25910RSAR and recommended land pattern layouy?

Hi Rekesh,

The material you showed is what we are referring and there is no information of thermal pad position and size. Also EVM guide does not mention about it.

Please kindly show us how should design land pattern for thermal pad.
